I’m really glad that you seemed to like last week’s post which featured a mixture of things. Here comes another one. I’ve sifted through the best of the Bank Holiday sales and discounts for you and I’m going to do an unusual thing of sending this post live before I’ve finished it because lots of the items are selling fast. It might be worth you coming back later (refresh your browser) to see if I’ve found any new offers.
Firstly Hush have started their Spring sale. My picks would be the wrap top in both navy and blue iris, I have the long sleeved version. The only consideration is that some of the reviews say the sleeves are tight.
They’ve also reduced their iconic star jumpers
And this Athena dress is an absolute bargain for anyone who is going to somewhere hot and sunny for their holidays. You could wear it in the evenings or even just use it as a beach dress to throw over a bikini.
There is also some lovely nightwear and great reductions on some of the summer scarves.
Moving on. Joules isn’t somewhere I usually shop at. Because I don’t wear prints, the majority of their clothes just don’t work for me. As you know I do rate their Harbour bretons very highly though. Anyway the other thing I think they do well (along with Cath Kidston) is bedding. I use it on the boys’ beds and it seems to survive the rough and tumble and this weekend they have 20% off with code BEDDING. Sadly they’ve stopped doing their rugby ranges but the simple striped range in jersey is warm and tactile – and because it’s jersey it doesn’t crumple.
Mariner stripe jersey duvet set (also available in red)
That’s a Joules shot by the way, I can’t begin to pretend that my boys’ rooms are as tidy and minimal as that.
We have simple ivory linen on our bed – I love the look of crisp white but the thought of keeping it that way would turn me into a 1950s housewife. I like to liven it up by having a contrasting sheet underneath like this one.

Marks and Spencer have a sale on with at least 50% off. Highlights include the 5 pocket jeggings that I live in for £11.25 but you’ll have to quick, they’re disappearing before my eyes as I type. It’s in the following colours:
Indigo – I wear these at least twice a week, being a smart dark navy they’re great for work
light blue – lovely for summer and good availability on these
and dusted mint – again great for summer
Some of the 7/8 trousers that I featured recently are also in the sale for £12.50 including pink (thanks to Nicola for the tip off)
and mint green
along with a selection of other great jeans and trousers here, and over 50% off Autograph here. As I say be quick though, they’re selling out.
